This sparkling wine is to die for. Creamy, smooth and savoury. Taking over 2 years to make, using traditional methods involving slow bottle fermentation, hand riddling and disgorging. It is dry with great length and a delicate fruit presence. Made from 60% hand harvested estate grown Pinot Noir from our family vineyard and 40% Chardonnay.
